Some days, the sadness is overwhelming. Nothing happened persay, but you can’t shake the feeling of profound melencholy. Clouds form patterns in the sky that send memories, better left forgotten, flooding to your brain. You can do nothing but lay there and wonder what you did to deserve the intolerable pain caused by an unimaginable betrayal.

Sleep, that is the only thing that will make it stop. For the moment anyway. So you crawl in bed and pull the blankets over your head and beg for the temporary repreave brought on by unconsciousness.

Good night world. I hope tomorrow brings with it the numbness that keeps the monsters at bay.
